I moved into a new house last year (the big move from NY to MN). I always look forward to pulling out my Halloween and Fall decorations. This year at Convention we learned how to make some of our home decor items. I made one of the items: the Halloween firecracker made out of a Pringles can. The little square picture frame was a coordinating project that I came up with on my own. Believe it or not, I picked up the square picture frames (in a 3 pack) from the Target $ spot. There is a ribbon hanging from the back if you wish to hang it on the wall rather than placing it on a plate rack like I did.
Both items were really cute and EASY. The Creepy Crawly Designer Paper makes it so easy (especially the sheet with all the words and phrases on it). The other embellishments were made with the Batty for You stamp set and several circle punches (scallop, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8").
We're in for a stormy day here near the Twin Cities in MN. That's okay though.....I really like lazy Sundays. Looks like a day of football, snacks, helping the kids study for tests (ugh....Geometry). I hope everyone enjoys today!!! I plan on sneaking some stamping in.....I need to get ready for a Holiday Stamp-a-Stack.
Happy Stamping Everyone!!!
